At least 120 Saudi militants killed in West Coast battles

A disastrous Saudi offensive at the West Coast frontline has resulted in over 120 Saudi forces being killed and many hundreds more wounded.

SANA’A – At least 120 Saudi soldiers, mercenaries and militants were killed over the past two days, as the Yemeni Armed Forces repelled a Saudi attack in the West Coast front.

The Saudi offensive, a wide-scale infiltration attack that was supported by bombardments from the air and sea, failed miserably and was soundly beaten by the Yemeni army.

After suffering heavy losses in lives and equipment, the Saudi forces fled the field of battle and withdrew, according to military sources. At least five Saudi military vehicles were destroyed, and many pieces of equipment were captured by the victorious Yemeni forces. The source furthermore statd that at least 120 Saudis were killed, with many hundreds more wounded or incapacitated.
