UAE headquarters in Aden attacked by revolutionaries

SANA’A – Local sources reported by the Yemen Press Agency revealed that Thursday’s missile attack on the UAE military occupation forces headquarters in Aden, was in fact the work of local revolutionaries opposed to the continued Saudi-UAE coalition occupation of Yemen.

The movement, calling themselves the “The Free of the South”, conducted a missile attack on the UAE military headquarters in the Boriga area of Aden on Thursday evening. The attack was carried out quickly and efficiently, leaving no immediate evidence as to the perpetrators.

The source furthermore stated that the UAE forces were caught by surprise to such an extent that they started firing their missile defence systems into the sky, in the false assumption that they were being attacked by ballistic missiles from the National Salvation Government in Sana’a.

According to the source, the Emiratis subsequently made allegations of an Ansarullah missile attack, in order to hide the fact that there is significant unrest amongst the inhabitants of Aden and the rest of southern Yemen regarding the UAE and Saudi occupation forces.

The missile attack comes as the latest development in several months of mass anti-occupation protests all over the Saudi and UAE-occupied south and east of Yemen, protesting the deteriorating economic situation of the country, and demanding the withdrawal of the invading coalition and the official disbanding of the Hadi regime.
