Yemeni Army swarms Riyadh with ballistic missiles

SANA’A – The Missile Forces of the Yemeni Army and the and Popular Committees have launched scores of ballistic missiles on economic targets in the Saudi capital city of Riyadh, according to military sources.

Several Burkan-2H ballistic missiles were launched towards the Saudi capital, targeting mainly the dry port and other important military and economic targets.

The Burkan-2H is a mobile short-range ballistic missile that was first revealed in July 2017, and is a domestically produced Yemeni variety of the Soviet Scud missile system. The Yemeni Armed Forcs have launched several Burkan missiles at the invading forces over the past months, resulting in highly precise strikes that have caused considerable damage to the Saudi war machine.
