Yemeni forces liberate strategic area near Hodeidah

SANA’A – The Yemeni Armed Forces have liberated a strategically located area in southern Hodeidah on Friday, according to local sources.

According to the reports, the Yemeni forces established full control over the Jah area, in the south of Hodeidah province, fully liberating the territory from control of the Saudi-led invasion coalition.

The liberation of Jah comes after a series of surprise attacks by the Yemeni Armed Forces against the Saudi militants in the area, during the Saudi coalition suffered dozens of casualties.

Not only does the liberation of Jah area mark another territory under control of the Republic of Yemen, but it also cuts off an important supply road to Saudi-backed militants in several areas on the West Coast, thus severely damaging Saudi military strength in the region.
